Vegas (2 of 3)

While we were in Vegas, we headed to a pumpkin patch with James brother and family. I will say that I was highly dissapointed in the place, smashed pumpkins everywhere, kids throwing pumpkins and smashing them, people could drive thru and were driving over the fields and the line was a mile long to pay; however, the kids had a great time and we spent some time with Nick and Danielle and Nicholas and that is what it was about. We will be heading to one this weekend in AZ that I presume will be better (petting zoo and more activities).

Emma would not go near any pumpkins, so I was able place it near her and get a pic lol

Were are all the pumpkins?!

Got some lovely pics with Emma! (I am never in pics with her! Thanks Danielle!)

With Daddy! She hated the hay lol and she would hold this tiny green not-even-a-pumpkin-really thing.

Nick and Nicholas!

Emma and Nicholas ran wild and discovered each other and it was sooo cute to watch them!! (again, where are the good pumpkins?! GONE!)

Vegas (1 of 3)

We had a quick and eventful weekend! We headed out to Las Vegas to visit a ton of James' family. Tons of Aunts and Uncles came from back east and it was wonderful to finally meet them all!!

Emma not excited for a 5 hour car ride

Finally pulling in to Vegas, we made great time!!

Emma loved to chase the Kitty, which she called a puppy the whole weekend.
Not even 10 minutes of being there, she was so excited about the kitty, she tripped and face planted on the floor getting her first bloody nose and bruised face. After 15 min of crying and clean-up, she was good to go and back to chasing that kitty.

Found new hiding spot in Grandmas house

Playing with James and Nicks toys from when they were kids!! His mom kept EVERYTHING! :)

She wouldnt go down for a nap, so Grandpa gave it a shot and he did it! Yay Grandpa!!

Emma felt the need to relive her baby days lol, playing in the bouncer.

There she goes again to get the kitty!

We did even make it a 1/2 mile down the road before she was out on the way home!

Back home we go!

Thankfully my hubby has a good idea now and then. We purchased this car adapter to plug the computer charger in to, it cost about $30 and was worth every penny. We brought her Bubble Guppies DVD..of course and she watched it the whole way to vegas and back! She was a great road tripper!! If we didnt have that adapter, the trip I presume would have been a bit rockier.
We did take 7 hours to get home because of an accident, Emma had a blowout when we got home, but we were not stopping!! It would have been worse to get her back in her seat after a minute of freedom.
So glad to be back home in our own beds :)
